Liquidium WTF Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026
Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how Liquidium Inc. ("Liquidium," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with the Liquidium WTF marketing website at https://liquidium.wtf, the application at https://app.liquidium.wtf, including its Bitcoin and Robinhood Chain interfaces, and related Supported Network interfaces, accounts, APIs, backend services, documentation, support, notifications, referrals, surveys, and marketing pages (collectively, the "Site").

Liquidium Inc., a Panama corporation, is the controller of personal data processed for the Site. Service providers and contractors may process personal data on Liquidium's behalf and under its instructions to develop, operate, maintain, secure, and support the Site.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to Liquidium Fi or other services provided through liquidium.fi; public blockchain networks acting independently; third-party wallets, exchanges, token issuers, or services you choose to use outside the Site; or third-party websites linked from the Site. Those services may have their own privacy policies and practices.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

1 Personal Data We Collect

"Personal Data" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with a person or household. Wallet addresses and other blockchain information may be pseudonymous rather than directly identifying, but they can constitute Personal Data when reasonably linkable to a person or other information.

1.1 Wallet authentication and account data

Depending on the product and features you use, we may collect or process:

  • Bitcoin and EVM wallet addresses, wallet type or provider, connected-wallet status, and related public blockchain information;
  • wallet-authentication messages, signatures, nonces, verification results, timestamps, and authentication-token or session metadata;
  • internal user or account identifiers and account creation or update timestamps;
  • optional profile information, such as a name or username, avatar or profile image, email address and verification information, Telegram username or chat identifier, notification preferences, and consent choices;
  • referral codes, referrer relationships, referral or bonus information, points, rankings, and related participation records; and
  • information associated with alternate Bitcoin addresses or other wallet-linked features where available.

The Bitcoin product uses a wallet-authenticated account and an authentication cookie. The current EVM product requires a connected wallet for transactional activity but does not create a conventional Liquidium user account or provide the same email, Telegram, or profile features. We describe optional account features as applying only where available.

You may generally browse public loan books and public Site content without connecting a wallet or signing in. A wallet connection or wallet-authenticated account is required to create, sign, fill, repay, cancel, claim, or otherwise participate in transactions and to use account-specific features.

1.2 Product and transaction data

We may collect or derive information about your use of the Site and Supported Networks, including:

  • offers, requests, signed messages and offers, nonces, and related instructions;
  • borrower or Liquidity Seeker and lender or Liquidity Provider roles;
  • wallet balances, Digital Asset holdings, collection and token contract addresses, token identifiers, collection names, and asset metadata;
  • valuations, historical valuations, loan-to-value information, principal and repayment amounts, interest or rate information, duration, maturity, and fees;
  • transaction hashes, block and confirmation information, loan status and history, repayment, default, collateral claim or delivery, and other lifecycle records;
  • referral attribution and related rewards or participation records; and
  • failed, reverted, cancelled, expired, or abandoned offers, signatures, transactions, and actions where those records are generated or retained by the Site or a provider.

Some records may be obtained from a Supported Network, wallet, RPC, indexer, oracle, pricing source, Digital Asset marketplace, transaction counterparty, or other provider rather than directly from you.

1.3 Device, usage, and technical data

When you access or use the Site, we and our providers may automatically process:

  • IP address and approximate country or location;
  • browser, device, operating system, language, user-agent, date, time, route, session, and request information;
  • wallet-connection, page, navigation, feature, button, form, offer, signature, and transaction events;
  • performance, diagnostic, error, failure-stage, security, fraud-prevention, bot-detection, and service-reliability information;
  • cookie, browser-storage, consent, and analytics identifiers; and
  • campaign, referral-source, survey, or feedback information where applicable.

Liquidium uses IP-derived country information through its hosting and firewall provider to restrict access to the hosted interface from Restricted Locations. Liquidium does not maintain a separate allow-or-block decision log, although the provider may process or retain ordinary request and security logs according to the applicable service configuration and terms. If you believe your location was identified incorrectly, you may contact the Support Team.

1.4 Cookies, analytics, and support technologies

The Site uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, consent choices, preferences, wallet connection, and related functions. The marketing website and the application's Bitcoin and Robinhood Chain interfaces use PostHog for analytics and related features, subject to the choices described in the Cookie Notice. The marketing website also uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager; these Google technologies are not used in the application at app.liquidium.wtf. Loading a Google script may disclose network and device information to Google. Intercom is loaded when you choose to open the support messenger.

Our separate Cookie Notice describes these technologies, their purposes, the available controls, and the differences between the marketing website and the application's Bitcoin and Robinhood Chain interfaces. You can change your analytics choice through the cookie banner or cookie settings control where available.

1.5 Public blockchain data

When you sign a message or submit or participate in a blockchain transaction, information may be transmitted to and recorded by a public blockchain, smart contract, node, RPC, indexer, wallet, or other network participant. Depending on the transaction, this may include wallet addresses, signatures, offer terms, asset and collection identifiers, token IDs, amounts, rates, durations, maturity, valuations, fees, transaction calldata, transaction hashes, contract state, and events concerning origination, repayment, default, or collateral delivery.

The EVM product may store a signed offer offchain before it is filled. If filled, the offer, signature, collateral token ID, valuation information, and related transaction details may be included in public calldata, contract storage, or events. Bitcoin transactions and related scripts or settlement paths may likewise reveal wallet and transaction information.

Liquidium does not intentionally write account UUIDs, email addresses, IP addresses, Telegram handles, support communications, or other free-form human-readable account information to a public blockchain. However, public blockchain information can be copied, indexed, analyzed, and linked with other information by anyone.

2 How We Use Personal Data

We may use Personal Data to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • authenticate wallets and accounts and maintain sessions;
  • display offers and loan books and facilitate user-requested Site and blockchain interactions;
  • calculate, obtain, cache, and display valuations, rates, amounts, fees, and transaction status;
  • maintain accounts, profiles, preferences, referrals, notifications, and requested communications where available;
  • provide support and respond to questions, complaints, appeals, feedback, and requests;
  • detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, attacks, errors, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms;
  • apply geographic access controls and comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • understand use of the Site and improve its functionality, performance, reliability, security, and user experience;
  • administer surveys and analyze voluntarily submitted responses;
  • send service, security, product, or promotional communications where applicable, subject to your choices; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with lawful requests.

Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, we may rely on the need to provide the Site or perform our agreement with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Site; your consent; compliance with a legal obligation; or another basis permitted by applicable law. The basis depends on the activity and context. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it through the available controls, and withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

3 How Long We Retain Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The applicable period depends on the type of information and may include the time needed to:

  • provide an account, session, feature, communication, support interaction, or other requested service;
  • maintain active and historical offers, signatures, transactions, loans, repayments, defaults, collateral claims, fees, and related records;
  • preserve security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and service-reliability records;
  • maintain consent, notification, suppression, and marketing-choice records;
  • resolve complaints and disputes and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • comply with accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations; and
  • complete normal backup-overwrite and deletion cycles.

Authentication tokens expire according to their configured duration. Cache and temporary operational records may be overwritten or expire sooner. Analytics, hosting, security, email, messaging, and support records follow Liquidium's and the applicable provider's configuration and retention criteria.

When identifiable information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete or deidentify it where reasonably feasible. A legal hold, active dispute, security need, or other applicable exception may require us to retain limited information longer.

Public blockchain records are maintained by decentralized or third-party networks rather than Liquidium and may remain publicly available indefinitely. Liquidium cannot alter, reverse, or delete those records.

4 How We Protect Personal Data

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data. Depending on the relevant system, these measures may include encryption in transit or at rest, access controls, multifactor authentication, secrets and key management, logging and monitoring, backups, secure development and testing, vulnerability handling, incident-response procedures, and review of providers.

No transmission, wallet, blockchain, database, or Internet service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your wallet, device, credentials, email account, and Telegram account. We will never ask you to provide a seed phrase or private key.

5 How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

5.1 Service providers and contractors

We use service providers and contractors to develop, host, operate, maintain, secure, and support the Site. These may include providers of application hosting and firewalls; databases, caching, and infrastructure; wallet connectivity; blockchain RPCs and networks; indexing and webhooks; oracles, pricing, and Digital Asset information; analytics; bot protection; email delivery; Telegram notifications; and customer support.

Not every provider receives every category of Personal Data or supports every product. Contractors acting on Liquidium's behalf may access relevant production systems and provider accounts only as needed to perform their services under Liquidium's instructions. The Cookie Notice identifies important analytics and support technologies where appropriate.

5.2 Blockchain networks and transaction participants

When you initiate or participate in a blockchain interaction, information is disclosed to the applicable public network, smart contracts, nodes, RPC providers, indexers, wallets, oracles, transaction counterparties, and anyone who accesses or analyzes public blockchain data. These recipients may act independently of Liquidium.

5.3 Legal, professional, and safety disclosures

We may disclose information to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other persons when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a lawful request; protect a person, the Site, or our rights; investigate misconduct; resolve a dispute; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5.4 Corporate transactions

We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

5.5 At your direction

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, request an integration or communication, submit information for publication or transmission, or otherwise consent to the disclosure.

5.6 No sale or targeted advertising

Liquidium does not sell Personal Data, provide Personal Data to advertisers for targeted advertising, or share user-level or wallet-level information with Digital Asset collections, referrers, or commercial partners for their own marketing. We do not receive compensation for Personal Data.

6 Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, wallets, networks, token contracts, marketplaces, explorers, RPCs, or other services. Liquidium does not control the privacy or security practices of an independent third party. Information you provide directly to a third party, or that the third party independently obtains from a public blockchain, is governed by that party's terms and privacy practices.

Review the privacy information provided by each service you choose to use. The presence of a link or integration does not mean that Liquidium endorses or controls that service.

7 Wallets, Signatures, and Blockchain Choices

Your wallet provider may process your wallet address, device and connection information, signatures, transactions, and other data independently from Liquidium. Liquidium does not receive or control your private key or seed phrase.

You decide whether to connect a wallet, authenticate, sign an offer or message, or submit a transaction. If you do not provide the wallet and transaction information required for a requested feature, you cannot use that feature. Browsing public information generally remains available without connecting a wallet.

Blockchain interactions may be public and permanent. Disconnecting a wallet, closing an offchain account, or submitting a privacy request does not cancel an offer onchain, alter an existing P2P Agreement, or erase public blockchain information.

8 Your Choices

8.1 Analytics and cookies

You may accept, decline, or later change the analytics choice offered through the Site. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent use of core borrowing or lending functionality. The Cookie Notice explains the current technologies and controls in more detail.

Where implemented, browser Do Not Track and qualifying Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics capture as described in the Cookie Notice and applicable Site controls.

8.2 Communications

You may change notification preferences where available. Daily updates contain requested account, loan, or service information rather than promotions. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the method included in the message, and unsubscribed addresses may be retained on a suppression list so that the choice can be honored. Telegram or account-notification settings may be used to stop future promotional messages.

We may still send communications that are necessary to provide a requested service, address security, administer an account or transaction, or give a legally required notice.

8.3 Optional information

You may choose not to provide optional profile, email, Telegram, referral, survey, feedback, or support information. If you do not provide information needed for an optional feature, that feature may be unavailable.

9 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of certain Personal Data, or to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection or privacy authority.

To submit a request, complaint, or appeal, contact us at help@liquidium.wtf or through the Intercom support messenger available on the Site. An email appeal should use the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” The Support Team handles these requests.

We may need to verify that you control the wallet, email address, account, or other identifier associated with the requested records. Verification may include a fresh, purpose-limited wallet signature or confirmation through an associated email or account. We will never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

These rights are subject to applicable exceptions. We may retain information reasonably necessary for active or historical loans and transactions, security and fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or tax obligations, contract enforcement, legal obligations, or legal claims.

Liquidium can address only information within its control. We may delete, correct, de-link, deidentify, or suppress eligible offchain information where reasonably feasible, but we cannot edit or erase information recorded on a public blockchain. Removing information from the Site does not remove copies held by public networks, independent providers, or other parties.

10 Children

The Site is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided Personal Data through the Site, contact us using the methods below. We may take reasonable steps to restrict access and delete eligible information where reasonably feasible, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and recordkeeping requirements. Liquidium cannot delete public blockchain records.

11 Where Personal Data Is Processed

Liquidium and its service providers and contractors operate in multiple countries. Personal Data may be stored, accessed, or processed in countries other than the country in which you reside, including countries where Liquidium or its service providers maintain facilities or personnel.

The location of infrastructure, personnel, or a provider may change over time. We do not represent that all Personal Data is stored in one country.

12 International Data Transfers

Data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer of Personal Data, we use contractual or other legally recognized safeguards as applicable. You may contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your Personal Data.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will identify the current version and effective date on the policy. We may notify you of a material change through the Website or Interface and, where we have a current email address for you, by email. Additional notice or consent will be provided where applicable law requires it.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an update may take effect when posted and will apply to processing from its stated effective date. Superseded versions are retained internally.

14 Contact Us
